About the role:
As a Client Lead/ Account Manager, you’ll be part of our team across 4 locations within Lower North
Island and be responsible for managing the business accounts and selling spark’s Telco/ICT services
to the prospective business customers.

Responsibilities include:
 You will promote our values to help make it an awesome place to work.
 As Client Lead, you will manage your portfolio of customers and revenue performance
across the portfolio.
 Build strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored
solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
 Sell various products range of Telco and IT to your customers and meet their expectation
with excellent customer service.
 Acquire customers within the region by offering range of Telco/IT products and a great
customer experience.

Requirements:
 Work experience in Sales/ Customer service/ Management/ or any customer driven role is

Advantageous.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team
members, clients, and stakeholders.
 Positive, self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player with strong work ethic.
 Be flexible to work on Saturdays if required.
 A valid driving license with clean records, as driving is an essential part of this role.
